It is important to not only experience all the attractions but to leave with information that you will be able to share with your guest/visitors. After each VR experince the attraction visitor will be asked to complete a review of their experience. Complete all of the attraction VR videos & reviews…you will become HM360 certified.

About 360

When our hospitality journey began, hotel rooms had real ‘metal’ keys, our property management system was a combination of a cash register, a multi colored tape chart to manage our inventory and a card rack to show occupied rooms. But we knew even at that point that is was very valuable to educate our staff about area attractions.

We developed Hospitality Mentality 360 with the understanding that in the world we live in it is very difficult to get all staff members to visit all attractions. We believe that everyone is a concierge to your visitors and should be educated to answer one of the most common questions a visitor will ask..”What is there to do in the area”.

HM360 allows any staff member to immerse themselves in the experience of your area attractions using a cutting edge technology at a reasonable cost. Virtual Reality allows the individual to look in any direction and see everything that they would see if we could teleport them to the attraction.

It is important to remember that each guest/visitor is unique, and you may never know if this is their first experience at your property/facility.  Many times, we find ourselves moving through processes and forget to remember that this is a unique experience for our guest.  Hospitality Mentality 360 has combined many well know training topics with our Virtual Reality technology.  HM360 gives you the view point of each experience from the guest’s eyes.  The value of experiencing guest interactions from a different point of view can allow us to create unique experience for future guests/visitors
